Goods Delivery

 

1. Domestic Orders in Australia will be delivered by road or airfreight depending on your options. Freight cost of delivery will be known and shown at time of purchase. Currently we use Startrack/eParcel for domestic delivery. Within NSW & VIC, customers will receive the goods in 1-3 days. While WA, SA, NT and QLD will take from 1-5 days, Now our global warehouse is ready for online orders for customers from worldwide. 

 

2. An itemized Tax Invoice containing the description of products, freight and GST will be attached on the packing box in a sealed bag for Domestic (Australia) order. No GST/Tax for products exported to overseas from our Australia warehouse and global warehouse. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding these fees should be directed to your local relevant authorities. AustarsAviation is a legitimate company registered in Australia. Please do not request us to falsify product value on the invoices or change tariff codes or product (Country of origin) information. While we ship products to most countries, we cannot ship some products by airlines to some countries at this time required by the law or credit card security reasons.

 

3. Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please note that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks and may arrive at different times of the day. Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.

 

4. If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you.

5. We are not responsible for boxes lost in transit, If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.

 

6. Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.

 

Liability

AustarsAviation.com does not accept the liability for " Lost Air Mail" parcels sent without registration.We do not accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of UAV Kit, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. If the user substitutes or replaces normal kit hardware and/or radio components with after-market accessories, we cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications. This includes all other products sold by AUSTARS AVIATION PTY LTD.

 

Product Return Policy:

AustarsAviation is a trustworthy Australia UAV company supplying aero engines, UAV products, system integration, services and solution for aviation industry, we have been making our customers happy. We hope you will love the products you purchase from us. However we know sometimes this does not happen. If you are not happy with the product you purchased from AustarsAviation, we accept merchandise for return that was purchased from AustarsAviation within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We are unable to reimburse for return shipping costs. AustarsAviation do not accept returns by COD or any other collection method. COD pckages will be refused. Packges billing AustarsAviation without authorization will result in actual freight charges billed back to sender unless other prior arrangements were agreed and made. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days from the date of issue, to show up on your account. We will give no credits or refunds for returns that arrive more than (15 days for local customers purchasing from our Sydney warehouse and 35 days for all customers worldwide purchasing from our global warehouse) from the date of our shipment to you.

 

AustarsAviation accepts return of faulty products or damaged products (during the delivery process) with freight free in case replacement with identical new items can not be processed. IF THE PRODUCT IS ORDERED AND SHIPPED TO YOU FROM OUR GLOBAL WAREHOUSE, ONLY INTL WARRANTY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. THAT MEANS YOU NEED TO SEND IT BACK TO OUR GLOBAL WAREHOUSE FOR RETURN/REPAIR ETC. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR US TO PROVIDE LOCAL PRODUCT WARRANTY IF LOCAL AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS PLACE THE ORDER FROM OUR GLOBAL WAREHOUSE. If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment is delivered to your door, please refuse the delivery and contact us ASAP, save all packing materials and paper work as well as the damaged product, and request the couriers (delivering company) to make an inspection and sign it. If the damage during shipment was concealed, please contact the courier (delivering company) and us when you discover the damage. YOU MUST KEEP THE DAMAGED carton box until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier. If you attempt to return the merchandise your self, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. Products must be returned to us for inspection. Should you find a defect or have an item that requires repaires, please address your return to AustarsAviation Service at the address below. If you expect the repair costs be covered under warranty, you MUST provide the required invoice or receipt, or a photocopied. In the event that there may be charges not covered by warranty, basic repair service charge $ 55 AUD /hour is payable. Team AustarsAviation will find a solution benefiting each party if the shipping cost is very expensive for most large packagings.

For customised order (customer confirmed by email and deposit paid), it can not be refunded if the customer wants to cancel the order.

For missing parts, we give the customer/buyer 14 days time to report, out of the time frame, we will not be responsible for the missing parts. For wrong item or incorrect or incomplete received, please keep all the boxes and contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel. Photograph the parcel and its contents in side the box and report to us and tell us the order number and problem with the order.
